On November 24, the 12th General Assembly of the GÉANT Association elected new members.  The Terms of three members (Dorte Olesen, Raimundas Tuminauskas, and Marko Bonač) had expired.  In addition, Erik Huized had stepped down from the board to take on the role as interim CEO of the GÉANT Association.

The general assembly elected

  • Federico Ruggieri (GARR) for a three year term
  • Raimundas Tuminauskas (LITNET) for a three year term
  • Marko Bonač (ARNES) for a three year term
  • Paul Feldman (JISC) for a one year term

The election was – for the first time – done using the Zeus online voting system developed by GRNET.
