Early-bird fee EUR 600 (valid from 17 Feb -17 Jun)

Venue


This year's venue is Kulturens Hus, which is centrally located in Luleå in the northern part of Sweden. It is a cultural centre for concerts and performances also hosting conferences and events. The centre also houses the tourist information and the city library.
