Description:
One redundant layer2 link used for the Office IT ESS at DTUI was down for around 10 minutes.
Impact:
The following services were affected:
NU-S001366 Office IT connection to ESS at DTU

Affected organizations: ESS-SE, NORDUnet, ESS-DK

Affected services: NU-S001366, SU-S003940

Impact:
An outage was observed on one of the redundant layer2 link used for the Office IT ESS at DTUI. The outage was due to a maintenance at customer´s premise.
