NORDUnet publishes also the Open trouble tickets. Please consult the list of trouble tickets before reporting problems to see whether the problem has already been identified and handled.

NORDUnet has an 24×7 on-call NOC support and the phone number and email for the 247 Service has been published to the authorized persons. When reporting possible problems to email@example.com, please make sure that it is something that should be dealt with on the NORDUnet level.
