Final Ticket Report:
Flaps were observed on the Oslo-Esbjerg & Oslo-Ballerup links. They were caused by signal degradation due to issues with a fiber at Drammen Station, Norway. After several maintenance activities by the provider – most recently on 17/12, tracked under NORDUNET-2399 – the issue now appears to be resolved. No further flaps have been observed since then, and the OSNR value has improved significantly.
