Registration open for 3rd Fed4FIRE+ Engineering Conference (FEC)

The third Fed4FIRE+ Engineering Conference (FEC) will be take place on 14-16 March 2018 in Paris, France.

Fed4FIRE+ is an Integrating Project under the European Union’s Programme Horizon 2020, addressing the work programme topic Future Internet Research and Experimentation. It started in January 2017 and will run for 60 months until the end of September 2021. Fed4FIRE+ seeks to integrate and federate resources and facilities from European network reserarch facilities, creating an aggregate facility in support of Next Generation Internet and European network evolution and research. The Fed4FIRE+ project is the successor of the Fed4FIRE project.

The Engineering Conferences are 3-day events, organised twice a year, and bring together engineers, researchers and users representing the participating facilities and their user communities.  The conference offers a mix of plenary and parallel sessions in the field of the Next Generation Internet (NGI) with emphasis on experimentation. The sessions consist of talks, tutorials and technical discussions and there is also a demo night session where experimenters, developers, projects, etc. can present their latest work, ready to inspire others in the community.
