NORDUnet has been engaging in discussions with our partners and colleagues on a global scale, and has been contributing to technical development work, participating in workshops and conferences, and last but not least has been engaging in joint projects large and small. As part of this effort in contributing to the Nordic, European, and global R&E networking community, we will from time to time publish a position document or white paper on a particular issue with the aim of giving the issue a comprehensive treatment. Such position documents form part of our global engagement and part of our contribution to the joint, global effort to further develop the research and education infrastructure.
