Luis Eliécer Cadenas named Executive Director of RedCLARA

Luis Eliécer Cadenas has been named new Executive Director of RedCLARA, starting August 1st 2017.  Cadenas has been involved in networking for more than 30 years, and has background as co-founder, president, and member of the Board of Directors of Venezuela NREN REACCIUN.

Cooperación Latino Americana de Redes Avanzadas (RedCLARA) is the pan-South America R&E nework, connecting the NRENs of South American nations to each other and providing them global connectivity.  As such, RedCLARA is an important partner in global networking and a much-valued collaborator for NORDUnet. We look forward to working with Luis Eliécer Cadenas and continuing out partnership with RedCLARA.
