For efficiency and to increase buying power, such procurements are increasingly done with partners in our community, in particular the Nordic NRENs, but also with GÉANT, European NRENs, and global partners. In some instances, NORDUnet will run the procurement process on behalf of other stakeholders, being coordinating partner but not procuring itself. In such cases, NORDUnet adds to the process procurement expertise as well as expertise in managing community process.
