Call for Lightning Talk Proposals – NCW2025

Call for Lightning Talk Proposals – NCW2025

Got five minutes? That’s all you need to spark ideas, share breakthroughs, and get the Nordic NREN community talking.

At NCW25 in Copenhagen, 9–11 September 2025, we’re giving the mic to you in two Lightning Talk sessions – Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon. These are plenary sessions, meaning your voice will reach everyone in the room.

Lightning Talks are fast, focused, and to the point. You get five minutes to:

  • Unveil a new project

  • Share a hard-earned lesson or even a failure

  • Invite collaboration

  • Offer a quick tip or insight
…anything that will make the community lean in and think, “Tell me more!”

You decide on the number of slides, if any; zero slides are fine too.

Share your proposal for a lightning talk with ncw2025@nordu.net by Monday, 1 September 2025. All submissions will be reviewed by our dedicated LT team.

Do let us have

  • Speaker name
  • Affiliation

  • Talk title

  • 1–2 paragraph abstract

and we will revert  to let you know if your proposal has been accepted.
